CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOW, AND LATE FEES • Deposits Deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is automatically forfeited. As a one-time courtesy, if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your original appointment, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days. After one transfer, the deposit will be forfeited if the new appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at all. • Last-Minute Cancellations Canceling within 48 hours of your appointment (or 7 calendar days for services over $500) is considered last minute. Last-minute cancellations result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. • Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your $25 deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied toward your service. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. • No-Call/No-Show If you do not call or show up, your deposit is forfeited. To rebook, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service cost will be required. All standard deposit rules apply to this increased amount. • Repeated Issues Royal Roots VA, LLC reserves the right to refuse future services if cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows become recurring.
