• Deposits Deposits are nonrefundable and secure your appointment time. All cancellations result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are only valid for the client who booked and for the specific service selected at the time of booking. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or applied to a different service. If the service is changed or canceled, the deposit is forfeited. As a one-time courtesy, if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your original appointment (7 days in advance for services over $500), the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days. After one transfer, the deposit will be forfeited if the new appointment is canceled or rescheduled at all. • Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your $25 deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied toward your service. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. • No-Call/No-Show If you do not call or show up, your deposit is forfeited. To rebook, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service cost will be required. All standard deposit rules apply to this increased amount. • Repeated Issues Royal Roots VA, LLC reserves the right to refuse future services if cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows become recurring.
